Location: New York
Aaru is seeking an exceptional Recruiter to land the world’s top AI/ML and engineering talent. This is not volume recruiting; you will close the top 0.01% of talent and own pipelines from scratch, engaging with passive candidates and building relationships with founders and hiring managers.
You will operate in a fast-paced, early-stage environment, moving quickly and precisely to hire for engineering and GTM roles in New York City. In-person collaboration is expected five days a week.
