Legal Recruiting Assistant

• Schedule applicants for interviews
• Greet applicants upon arrival and provide office tours
• Enter and maintain accurate candidate information in the recruitment database (vi Desktop)
• Assist with NALP and NYCRA-sponsored programs
• Contribute to cross-workstream recruiting projects
• Seasonal assistance with recruiting season and summer programs

• Self-motivated, proactive, positive, team player
• Punctual, reliable, and flexibility to work long hours
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a time-sensitive environment

• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Bachelor's degree required
• Legal recruiting experience is a plus
