Job Summary

The Total Rewards Coordinator supports the day-to-day administration and delivery of Payscale’s compensation and benefits programs. It’s a deliberately multifunctional role: the Coordinator is the first point of contact for leave and benefits questions, keeps our data and documentation clean, provides world-class support to Payscalers, and lends analytical and administrative support to the compensation team (including our job library and merit/promotion cycles).

We’ll build the foundational knowledge for the person to specialize as they grow, with a clear path toward independently running leave-of-absence payroll.

Work is performed with guidance from analysts and the Head of Total Rewards. The role executes established processes and escalates matters requiring judgment. At Level 2, the path opens into one of three ladders;
Compensation Analyst, the generalist Total Rewards Analyst track, or Benefits & Leave Administrator.
