We are a dynamic and rapidly growing Fin Tech firm seeking an experienced compliance professional to lead our compliance initiatives and serve as the primary liaison to our banking partners.

• Design & Implement Compliance Strategies: Develop comprehensive compliance management systems that cover multiple regulatory areas.
• Collaborate with Banking Partners: Ensure compliance requirements are met by working closely with our partner banks.
• Conduct Compliance Assessments: Lead and execute compliance reviews with relevant staff to maintain regulatory standards.
• Special Projects: Partner with senior leadership on various compliance-related initiatives and special projects.

• Experience: 7+ years in financial compliance, risk management, or a related field.
• Education: Bachelor's degree with a strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
