Fresh Direct is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Talent Acquisition Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. Reporting directly to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, this internship offers hands‑on experience in full‑cycle recruiting, candidate coordination, employer branding, recruiting operations, and Talent Acquisition projects within a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, people‑oriented, and eager to learn about recruiting and human resources.

• Support recruiters and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications
• Assist with sourcing candidates across job boards and Linked In
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Assist with onboarding preparation and new hire coordination
• Support recruiting events, career fairs, internship programs, and employee engagement initiatives
• Assist with Talent Acquisition projects, including cultural initiatives and employee engagement events
• Help manage employee referral program administration and tracking
• Prepare recruiting reports, metrics, and hiring activity updates
• Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing projects
• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related field
• Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Power Point
• Experience with Linked In, job boards, or ATS platforms is a plus
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn
