Location: New York
Clutch Creative in New York, NY is seeking an HR Specialist (Jr-Mid) to join our staffing team on a hybrid basis. You will own talent acquisition, onboarding, and HR policy updates for the agency’s personnel, ensuring compliance and a positive workplace culture.
Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in HR (or related) and at least 2 years in HR within a marketing or advertising agency, with experience in recruiting, sourcing, and onboarding. Experience with HRIS/ATS systems is a plus.
