Talent Acquisition Assistant - Luxury Fashion Brand

Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Assistant to join their team in NYC!

Responsibilities:

• Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates for retail openings.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Coordinate interview logistics, including confirmations, calendar management, and follow-up communications.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
• Assist with posting job openings and monitoring candidate pipelines.
• Support recruiters with administrative tasks throughout the hiring process.
• Communicate professionally with candidates regarding interview schedules and next steps.
• Help manage high-volume retail recruitment initiatives while maintaining organization and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources or related field
• 1-2 years of experience, including internships in HR or Talent Acquisition
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
