New York, NY 10016 (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Salary Range: $100,000 – $110,000K

What They re Looking For

• 2–6 years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience
• Corporate/in-house recruiting experience preferred
• Experience recruiting for PR, Communications, Marketing, Financial Services, or Professional Services is highly preferred
• Strong sourcing experience using Linked In Recruiter
• Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
• Ability to source passive candidates and build talent pipelines
• Experience interviewing and closing junior/entry-level professionals
• Strong candidate experience and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor s degree required
