Multiple Contract-to-Hire Openings

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a growing Talent Acquisition team supporting a large, well-established organization. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for permanent employment. The organization frequently hires contractors into permanent positions based on performance, cultural fit, and business needs.

Location & Schedule

This is a hybrid role requiring candidates to support both Manhattan and Blue Hill/Pearl River (Rockland County) locations. Candidates who reside in the following areas are highly preferred:

• Bronx
• Yonkers
• Mount Vernon
• New Rochelle
• White Plains
• Lower Westchester County

The hiring manager is specifically looking for someone who can comfortably commute to both locations without a preference for one office over the other. Candidates living between Manhattan and Rockland County are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptance
• Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition and sourcing strategies
• Build diverse candidate pipelines using Linked In Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, networking, and AI-powered sourcing tools
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide consultative recruiting support
• Utilize and optimize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies
• Analyze recruiting metrics and recommend process improvements
• Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
• Ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition or Full-Cycle Recruiting experience
• Proven experience developing sourcing strategies and building diverse talent pipelines
• Strong experience with:
• Linked In Recruiter
• Indeed
• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• AI-powered sourcing and recruitment tools
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously

• Corporate Talent Acquisition experience
• High-volume and professional recruiting
• Recruiting across multiple business units
• Experience with recruiting analytics, automation, and sourcing technologies
