Salary Range: $130,000 - $160,000
The Talent Acquisition Team Lead collaborates with the FVP, Employee Relations & Talent Acquisition Officer to develop, implement, and manage recruitment programs for Apple Bank. The incumbent manages the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, placing job advertisements, screening applicants, conducting background checks, and extending employment offers. Additionally, the Team Lead will direct the activities of our Talent Acquisition Specialist(s).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Partner with the FVP, Employee Relations & Talent Acquisition Officer to design, oversee, and execute recruitment and employee engagement programs.
  • Direct Talent Acquisition Specialists in staffing strategies, diversity and inclusion efforts, and performance standards.
  • Administer end-to-end recruitment for designated departments by working closely with hiring managers to confirm staffing requirements; prepare and publish job postings; review resumes; coordinate interviews; and conduct offer extensions and negotiations.
  • Interview selected candidates and document relevant information (e.g., education, experience, training, skills, and compensation requirements) while ensuring an equitable process in compliance with the EEO, ADA, and other applicable regulations.
  • Foster strong, reputable relationships with candidates and key stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • Convert hiring manager requirements into sourcing and selection plans that yield qualified, diverse candidate pools.
  • Formulate and execute sourcing strategies with an emphasis on diversity and inclusion.
  • Utilize technology, digital campaigns, and innovative sourcing techniques to identify talent and establish pipelines for current and future workforce needs.
  • Apply market insights and recruiting analytics to inform and influence hiring decisions.
  • Supervise post-offer background verification procedures and monitor completion to align with onboarding timelines.
  • Assist with the development of bank employment policies and procedures; collaborate with the Employee Relations & Talent Acquisition Officer to maintain and update policy documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Deliver high-quality HR service through the monitoring and reporting of monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics, dashboards, and ongoing process improvements.
  • Contribute to HR initiatives including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and retention.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable federal and state employment laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrate adaptability in supporting additional Human Resources initiatives and projects as departmental priorities change.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Skills, Education, & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
  • HR certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) preferred.
  • 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, including 1+ year in a supervisory role.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) required;
    Workday experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal capabilities.
  • Ability to build strong relationships across a diverse client base and establish trust at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion.
  • Must possess strong attention to detail and consistently maintain a high standard of accuracy.
  • Working knowledge of applicable federal and state employment laws and regulations.
