Summary

The Learning Enablement Intern will join the Talent Development team at Hermès' corporate office in New York City for a paid, in-person four-month internship (August 3–December 18, 2026). The role supports the development and measurement of learning programs by building dashboards, analyzing LMS and HRIS data, conducting data audits, and recommending improvements to training accessibility and engagement. The internship offers hands‑on experience in HR systems, data analytics, and a capstone project to apply learning across the semester.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development of dashboards and reports using learning metrics.
  • Analyze Learning Management System and HRIS data to identify trends in onboarding, compliance, and learning activity.
  • Complete data analytics and support ongoing compliance reporting for leadership and HR partners.
  • Conduct data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Research and recommend improvements to make training more accessible and engaging.
  • Contribute to a capstone Generation H project and support additional Learning team tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Currently a junior or senior undergraduate student in HR, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in Human Resources, adult education, or data analytics.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools;
    Excel required; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, creative, a fast learner, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills; curious and proactive.
  • Available to work in-person in New York City from August 3 to December 18, 2026;
    Full-Time interns scheduled for 37.5 hours/week;
    Part-Time scheduled for more than 15 but less than 35 hours/week.
