• Proven track record of successful placements in permanent roles.
• Willingness and aptitude to learn and problem solve

• Base: $50,000 – $150,000+ (commensurate with experience)
• Commission:
  Up to 50%, with accelerated tiers as you scale your desk
• We offer tax‑efficient and flexible ways to structure compensation depending on individuals' goals
