We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and driven HR intern to assist our HR Department
with administrative and HR-related tasks. As an HR Intern, you will gain hands‑on experience in various HR functions with a focus to support our luxury retail organization. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop their HR skills and gain practical exposure in a professional setting, as they embark on a career in HR.
Job Responsibilities- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing employee engagement activities and events, including creating related communications.
- Support the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing/sending offer and rejection emails.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing materials and supporting orientation sessions.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide administrative support to the HR and Retail teams.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
- Prepare HR-related reports and update organizational charts as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager
- 1+ years of prior Human Resources classes or Internship experience
- BA or BS from an accredited university in progress
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with design software such as Canva or Photoshop
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with senior leadership.
- Detail-oriented.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, standard working hours (Onsite)
- Availability: Full-time. Preferred for recent graduates or candidates available for full-time hours.
