You’ll be the heartbeat of our team, maintaining a presence in our studios to foster connection and operational excellence. If you are ready to make a tangible impact and grow with a brand that values craft and culture above all else, we want you on our team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes initiative without waiting for direction, and genuinely enjoys building community, structure, and momentum.

  • Ensure onboarding creates connection, clarity, and culture from day one.
  • Maintain and enhance HR policies, documentation, and employee‑facing resources.
  • Support benefits administration, leaves of absence, and employee lifecycle changes.

Recruiting & Talent Enablement

  • Help design and execute engagement initiatives, studio visits, town halls, summits, and cultural moments.
  • Strengthen communication across locations to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Act as a daily steward of company values and community.
