Technical Business Developer

POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for a Technical Business Developer to join our IT contract and technical staffing division. This position focuses on expanding our client base, building strategic partnerships, and delivering tailored staffing solutions across the technology sector. The ideal candidate is driven, financially motivated, and possesses a solid understanding of IT hiring trends and contingent labor models. • Identify and engage companies to generate new IT contract staffing opportunities.
• Analyze industry trends and hiring patterns to develop targeted sales strategies.
• Prospect and qualify leads through outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Pitch staffing solutions, negotiate contracts, and secure client agreements.
• Expand existing accounts by identifying additional project needs and skill gaps.
• Collaborate with recruiters to align business development efforts with talent acquisition strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with IT hiring managers and decision-makers.
• Ensure alignment between client needs and talent delivery strategies.

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in IT, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of agency experience in client-facing or sales-driven roles.
• Strong understanding of IT skillsets, roles, and industry trends.
• Proven success with cold calling and outbound outreach.
• High ethical standards and integrity in client and candidate representation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and problem-solve effectively.
