Compensation: $200,000/year

Job Description:
Strategic Leadership & Org Design- Partner with executives to develop and implement a strategic HR program across national, international, and regional offices.
- Translate organizational goals into human capital strategies aligned with leadership priorities.
- Lead structural planning initiatives to ensure optimal organizational design for mission delivery.
- Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and long-term talent strategy.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on people-related matters and drive data-informed decisions via HR analytics.
- Steward core values-Integrity, Trust & Transparency, Respect & Dignity, and Accountability-in all interactions.
- Design initiatives strengthening employee engagement, belonging, and pride.
- Prioritize organizational health and psychological safety across all teams.
- Oversee full recruitment to attract mission-aligned talent across all levels and locations.
- Design onboarding programs ensuring new hire success and cultural alignment.
- Ensure consistent hiring practices across regional and international offices.
- Lead employee relations, including conflict resolution and investigations.
- Oversee performance management frameworks and job classification structures.
- Guide total rewards strategy, ensuring equitable and competitive compensation aligned with financial goals.
- Oversee benefits evaluation and administration for competitive, cost-effective offerings.
- Review benefit programs periodically to align with employee needs and organizational budget across all locations.
- Build learning and development programs supporting growth and organizational capability.
- Develop career progression tracks providing clear pathways for advancement.
- Partner with leadership to address skill gaps and foster continuous learning.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations across jurisdictions.
- Lead and develop a high-performing HR team committed to service excellence.
- Manage and evolve the HR management system (HRIS) to improve data integrity and operational efficiency.
- 12-15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role
- Success leading people strategy across a geographically distributed organization.
- Deep expertise across core HR disciplines: talent acquisition, total rewards, employee relations, benefits, and operations.
- Proven ability to build trust and influence without authority.
- Strong business acumen partnering with executive and board-level leadership.
- Experience with HR systems, HRIS management, and process standardization.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
