We are representing a genuine dynamic company that is a pioneer and industry leading global investor, with over 20 years of experience originating, structuring, and actively managing global infrastructure investments.

They are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead, based in New York, to play a vital role in shaping the operations and recruitment strategy within their Global Investments Talent Acquisition team in the US.

Valued for your strong leadership and specialism within financial services, you will lead all their recruitment across a diverse set of roles and play an integral part in shaping the end to end recruitment experience for all Investment & Leadership roles in NY, San Francisco, Boston & Washington DC.

You will be responsible for facilitating a “best in class” recruitment experience for candidates and your stakeholders. Partnering with business leaders and their hiring managers, striking the right balance between strategic partnering, acting as a trusted advisor and operational excellence; you will help formulate hiring plans and sourcing strategies, track progress through the year against that plan, manage, execute and be responsible for all hiring approvals of internal, international transfers and external lateral hires.

You will a trusted advisor to the business, providing key partnership to the business and global stakeholders in order to proactively review and define the Diversity and Inclusion agenda and develop strategies to meet short and long term goals.

Ideally with some experience in Financial Services or Investments.

Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast paced matrix environment

Able to work in the New York office 3 days a week
