Kids for the Future is seeking an organized Recruiting Coordinator to support full-cycle recruiting in our Valley Cottage, NY office. You will liaise with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth interviewing process.
This role offers a solid foundation in Talent Acquisition with responsibilities including interview scheduling, postings and applicant tracking, onboarding support, and bi-monthly New Hire Orientation. A bachelor’s degree and strong attention to detail are preferred.
