Valiantys is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to help attract and hire top talent across North America (US & Canada). In this role, you will lead full cycle recruitment, build strong partnerships with hiring managers, and ensure every candidate has a positive and inclusive experience. As a Talent Acquisition Generalist, you will also flex into supporting People Operations and People Experience during peak periods or special initiatives, contributing to a seamless People Team experience across Valiantys.

• Manage full cycle recruitment across multiple functions, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand role needs and priorities
• Source, attract, and screen candidates through multiple channels to build high quality pipelines
• Provide insight into competitive salary bandings and candidate expectations to support strong and fair offer decisions
• Deliver hires on time and within approved budget and compensation guidelines
• Maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process
• Support employer branding efforts in partnership with Marketing and the Talent and Experience team
• Collaborate with People Operations and People Experience teams during peak periods or special projects such as onboarding, engagement activities, or operational process support
• Work closely with TA peers in EMEA and APAC to share knowledge, tools, and best practices that support global consistency
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance recruitment operations and the overall People Team experience

• Experience as a Talent Acquisition Generalist with the ability to recruit across multiple role types
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Strong adaptability and willingness to step into People Operations or People Experience areas when needed
• Solid understanding of market salary data and compensation dynamics
• Ability to manage several priorities at once in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
• Commitment to delivering a positive, inclusive candidate experience
• Comfort working with international colleagues across EMEA and APAC
