Hamilton Park Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is looking for a Human Resources (HR)
Coordinator to join the team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn, NY!

The Allure Group is a consortium of six rehabilitation centers across Brooklyn and Manhattan, NY, specializing in post-acute and sub-acute skilled nursing and rehabilitation. As a Human Resources Coordinator at The Allure Group, you would be part of a winning team doing meaningful work to improve residents' quality of life, health, and comfort.

• Prepare employees by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
• Schedule and conduct job evaluations
• Maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys
• Ensure planning,monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results
• Maintain employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits
• Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resources policies and procedures
• Preserve staff byrecruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing federal and state requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• COVID-19 Vaccination

• Human resources,organizational development, or business major/concentration
• Previous experience inhuman resources
• 5+ years of leadership/administration
