Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Office Manager
Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 + Equity
We're partnering with a rapidly growing AI company transforming how pharmaceutical and life sciences companies commercialize new therapies.
Having already partnered with over 50 global pharmaceutical brands, they're now scaling their team following a period of exceptional growth.
The Role
As Operations Lead, you'll become the operational backbone of the business, working closely with the leadership team to ensure the company scales efficiently while delivering an outstanding employee experience. This is a highly cross-functional role spanning people operations, office management, internal operations, and strategic projects, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building processes from the ground up and taking ownership across multiple areas of the business.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end onboarding experience, including equipment, benefits, equity administration, and new hire setup
- Lead people operations across benefits administration, employee policies, PTO, compensation benchmarking, and performance review processes
- Manage office operations including facilities, vendors, supplies, office events, and day-to-day workplace experience
- Coordinate company-wide meetings, offsites, leadership events, and internal communications
- Administer HR and business systems including Rippling, Bonusly, 15
Five, Slack, Microsoft, Box, Docu Sign, and other internal tools - Maintain employee documentation, policies, organisational structures, and compliance processes
- Partner with leadership to improve operational workflows, internal processes, and company-wide efficiency
- Support recruiting operations and help build scalable people processes as the company continues to grow
- Coordinate IT onboarding and work closely with technical teams to ensure employees have everything they need to succeed
Your Background
- 3+ years' experience within People Operations, Business Operations, Office Management, Executive Operations, or a similar operational role
- Experience working within a high-growth startup or fast-paced technology company
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and strong project management skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior leadership
- Experience improving operational processes, systems, and internal workflows
- Comfortable handling confidential employee and business information
- Experience with HRIS and workplace productivity platforms such as Rippling, Slack, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
