Senior HR Business Partner | Global Sales & Partnerships | New York, NY (Hybrid)

We're hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to sit within our Global People Operations team, working directly with senior leadership across our Global Sales & Partnerships organization. This is a strategic, hands-on seat, not a policy-and-process role. You'll influence decisions early, shape team effectiveness, and build the HR practices a fast-scaling global business needs to grow.

We're not looking for a traditional HRBP. We want someone who sees AI and automation as real leverage for HR, who's genuinely curious about LLMs and productivity tools, and who wants to build a people function where technology handles the routine so humans can focus on what matters.

• Serve as a trusted strategic partner to senior leaders across global GTM teams
• Coach managers through performance, organizational design, and complex people situations
• Own workforce planning, talent strategy, and engagement for your groups end to end
• Partner with regional HR leaders to support international teams directly, not just coordinate with them
• Drive real process improvement through AI and automation, not just talk about it

• 5+ years as an HR Business Partner, including 1+ years partnering directly with a Sales or GTM organization
• Genuine, hands-on experience owning HR for international teams (EMEA, APAC, or Israel)
• A data-driven, commercial mindset and comfort operating in ambiguity within a lean, matrixed structure
• Curiosity about how AI is changing the future of work, and a builder's mentality to match

Base salary $140,000 to $152,000, with OTE (base + bonus) of $165,000 to $178,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Hybrid schedule, 3 days in office, based in New York City.
