About the Team:

The Global Business Solutions (GBS) Talent Acquisition team partners with business leaders to attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent that drives Tik Tok's continued growth. As a strategic talent partner, we deliver end-to-end recruiting solutions across diverse business functions by leveraging market insights, data, and innovative sourcing strategies to provide an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience.

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle while working alongside experienced recruiters and business leaders in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.

Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.

• Support candidate sourcing through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking platforms.
• Review resumes and identify qualified candidates based on role requirements.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Assist in preparing recruitment reports, dashboards, and market insights to support hiring decisions.
• Ensure timely, professional communication with candidates throughout the interview process.
• Partner with recruiters to deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
• Support additional recruiting projects and process improvement initiatives as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Economics, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Available for a full-time internship for a minimum of 3–6 months.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous internship or experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Recruiting Operations, Consulting, or a technology company.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data, dashboards, or reporting to support decision-making.
• Interest in recruiting, employer branding, and talent strategy within a global organization.

For Pay Transparency Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern

The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $25- $25.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
