• Primary care via telehealth
• Video calls with patients

• Must be a licensed NP in NY
• Must have ECW experience
• Must have Medicaid and Medicare numbers
• Primary care experience is a plus
• Telehealth experience is a plus
• Geriatric patient experience is a plus
