About the Role:

This role is a dynamic, high-impact HRBP support position designed for someone who enjoys variety, learning, and jumping in where support is needed most. Serving as a shared HRBP resource across the business, this position helps keep critical employee relations processes moving by supporting corrective action, attendance policies, vehicle accident follow‑up, CDL/DL matters, documentation, tracking, reporting, and timely follow‑up. This role provides hands‑on exposure to a broad range of HRBP responsibilities while helping ensure documentation is complete, consistent, and policy aligned.

It is an excellent foundational opportunity for someone looking to deepen their HRBP skill set, build strong business acumen, and grow into a more strategic HR partnership role over time.

  • Corrective Action Management: Assist managers and HRBPs with drafting, editing, reviewing, and tracking corrective action documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, timely follow‑up, and appropriate approval before delivery.

  • Vehicle Accident Follow‑Up: Coordinate at‑fault vehicle accident follow‑up, gather required information from managers, track accident‑related corrective action, and partner with HRBPs, HR Solutions, Fleet, Safety, Risk Management, or Labor Relations as needed.

  • Attendance Support: Review attendance‑related concerns, summarize attendance data, support preparation of corrective action documents, and help managers and HRBPs track timely follow‑up on attendance and punctuality issues.

  • CDL/DL Issue Coordination: Support HRBPs with CDL, DL, DOT, and restricted or suspended license matters by collecting required information, tracking timelines, coordinating follow‑up, issuing temporary work arrangement letters, and helping ensure cases are handled consistently with established guidance.

  • Process and Case Tracking: Maintain accurate logs, trackers, and case status updates to help ensure deadlines, approvals, documentation requirements, and follow‑up actions are completed timely.

  • Manager Support: Serve as a helpful process resource for managers by answering process‑related questions, routing issues appropriately, and ensuring HRBPs have the context needed to provide timely guidance.

  • Employee Support: Provide additional support by responding to employee phone calls and Teams messages as needed, helping route questions appropriately and ensuring timely follow‑up for HRBP‑related matters.

  • Termination and Separation Preparation: Assist HRBPs with compiling supporting documents, preparing termination‑related materials, processing separations in Dayforce, and coordinating offboarding steps with managers and HR partners.

Do You Have:
  • 3–5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in an HRBP, employee relations, HR generalist, HR operations, or HR analyst role.

  • Working knowledge of employee relations processes, corrective action practices, attendance management, performance documentation, and HR policy application.
