Talent Acquisition Specialist – Laboratory Operations

Job Summary:

Certified Group is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team supporting high-volume hiring across our laboratory operations throughout North America. This role will focus on recruiting and building talent pipelines for direct labor positions including Laboratory Technicians, Analysts, Sample Management, Couriers, and other operational roles critical to our business.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys high-volume recruiting, and is passionate about connecting people with opportunities that make an impact. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers and site leaders to understand workforce needs, execute effective sourcing strategies, and deliver a positive candidate experience while meeting hiring goals.

Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume laboratory and operational positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.

Partner with hiring managers and site leadership to understand staffing needs, hiring priorities, and workforce challenges.

Recruit for direct labor roles including Laboratory Technicians, Analysts, Sample Management Specialists, Couriers, and other laboratory support positions.

Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using platforms such as Indeed, Linked In Recruiter, Handshake, social media, employee referrals, and community partnerships.

Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support ongoing hiring needs across multiple laboratory locations.

Conduct high-volume candidate outreach, phone screens, and qualification assessments to identify candidates who align with role requirements and company values.

Manage candidate activity and recruitment workflows within Greenhouse ATS, ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication throughout the hiring process.

Collaborate with hiring managers to improve recruitment processes, reduce time-to-fill, and enhance the overall candidate experience.

Provide market insights related to talent availability, compensation trends, and recruiting challenges.

Support recruiting events, career fairs, and community outreach initiatives to increase brand awareness and attract qualified candidates.

Track recruiting metrics including pipeline activity, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring progress.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain consistent recruiting practices.
