Axle is building an AI-native insurance clearinghouse and is hiring a first People Operations hire. You’ll own recruiting across engineering, product, sales, partnerships, and corporate roles, while also shaping onboarding, culture, and compensation practices.
You’ll partner with leadership to design scalable HR processes, implement HRIS and ATS tooling (Ashby, Rippling), and help craft an employer brand as we scale in New York from our Chelsea office.
