This is a fast-paced, people-first role at the center of a busy recruiting operation ideal for an organized, entry-level professional who thrives on juggling moving parts and keeping everyone in the loop. The Account Manager serves as the connective tissue between clients, candidates, and recruiters, owning the follow-up, coordination, and day-to-day details that keep searches moving. Flexible scheduling is available with full-time or part-time options, in-office with remote Fridays.

• Send outreach emails to clients and manage ongoing correspondence
• Handle the back-and-forth and follow-up between companies and candidates
• Keep all parties informed and searches moving forward

• Organize and support the recruiter across active searches
• Source and filter candidates to build strong pipelines
• Juggle competing priorities and keep multiple searches on track

• Create and publish job postings
• Send out and help polish candidate resumes

• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent people and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and juggle competing priorities with ease
• Comfortable coordinating between clients, candidates, and team members
