We’re growing fast and looking for an HR Business Partner who is excited to help us build what’s next. This is a hands‑on HR role for someone who wants to be part of the business. You’ll partner closely with our leaders, spend time in our stores, find great talent, coach managers, solve problems and help create a strong employee experience as we continue to grow our U.S. presence.

Recruitment will be a major focus of this role, particularly for our retail stores, but this is a true generalist HRBP position with exposure to the full employee lifecycle.

We believe HR is most effective when it’s connected to the people and the business. Our corporate team works together in our NYC office four days per week, with time in our stores also being an important part of this role.

• Own high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for our retail stores
• Build strong talent pipelines so we can hire proactively
• Partner closely with Store Managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and find the right people for each team
• Create a positive and engaging candidate experience that reflects our brand and culture
• Support corporate recruitment as needed
• Get creative with sourcing through Linked In, Indeed, referrals, networking, store outreach and other channels

• Serve as a trusted HR partner to Store Managers and business leaders
• Build strong relationships with our teams and be a visible, approachable HR presence
• Coach managers through employee relations, performance management, attendance, communication and everyday people challenges
• Help leaders navigate difficult conversations with confidence, consistency and good judgment
• Partner with HR leadership on organizational needs as the U.S. business continues to grow

• Support onboarding and create a great experience from offer through an employee’s first days and beyond
• Manage employee changes, documentation, HRIS updates and general HR administration
• Support performance reviews, employee development, engagement and retention initiatives
• Assist with policies, procedures, compliance and employee relations
• Spend time in our stores, get to know the teams and understand what is actually happening on the floor
• Be willing to jump in wherever needed. We’re growing, so no two days will look exactly the same.

• You have 3–5+ years of HR experience
  , ideally within retail, fashion or another fast-paced environment
• You have strong full-cycle recruiting experience and genuinely enjoy finding great people
• You’re a true HR generalist and comfortable switching gears throughout the day
• You’re approachable, energetic, organized and solutions-oriented
• You know how to build trust with everyone from a part-time associate to senior leadership
• You can balance being an employee advocate with understanding the needs of the business
• You’re comfortable making decisions, using good judgment and working independently
• You understand that HR isn’t always black and white. You know when to ask questions, when to elevate and when to get things done
• You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where things are growing and evolving
• Most importantly, you like people. You enjoy being in the stores, talking to teams, understanding the business and making things better.
