The Senior Labor and Employee Relations Specialist will work with cross-functional teams to interpret Collective Bargaining Agreements, resolve workplace disputes, and guide labor relations strategy across the organization. This role requires a strong, current knowledge base in labor relations and human resources practices, maintained through hands-on experience, sound judgment, and active engagement with the collective bargaining process.
