Axle is seeking the company’s first People Operations hire to build the function end to end, spanning recruiting for engineering, product, and GTM, and the core HR operations that keep a growing team aligned. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll own onboarding, policies, compensation bands, and HR tech (Rippling, Ashby); collaborate with leadership on org design, and help Axle scale a rapidly expanding NYC/Atlanta team from our Chelsea office at 152 W 25th St.
