Recruitment Specialist

Job Description

Recruitment Assistant needed for a non-profit organization! This position will be long term temporary with potential for temp-to-direct hire for the right candidate. It will be fully onsite
, Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm. Our client is looking for someone with a background in Human Resources, and experience supporting recruitment activities. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Assist in creation of recruitment materials, job postings and advertisements in order to draw a diverse, qualified, candidate pool
• Conduct interviews, attend job fairs, networking events, and recruitment forums and match candidates with openings
• Use the Applicant Tracking System to assist with organizing recruitment processes and workflow; upload and updated candidate resumes and information, and track data

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR recruitment, talent acquisition (preferably in healthcare or non-profit)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
