We are seeking a detail-oriented People Operations Associate to join our People & Impact Operations team to support and facilitate our day-to-day HR operations. Responsibilities for the People Operations Associate will include providing support throughout the employee life cycle, including, but not limited to, onboarding, employee inquiries, offboarding and a variety of HR initiatives.

The ideal candidate for this role should have prior work experience in Human Resources, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and to be able to carry out tactical day-to-day People Operations responsibilities to ensure a positive employee experience.

Primary Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Provide administrative support for the new hire onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Facilitate onboarding of new hires in HRIS system
  • Schedule, coordinate and lead new hire orientation
  • Generate offboarding paperwork and maintain offboarding tracker
  • Maintain employee files
  • Manage, track, and report upon HR program requests
  • Assist HRBPs with introductory period tracking and follow-ups
  • Handle invoicing and quarterly reports
  • Respond to employee requests and inquiries received in the HR inboxes
  • Pick up, scan, distribute and file HR related mail
  • Participate in People Ops projects as requested


Job Requirements , Skills,

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required;
    Business or Human Resources degree preferred
  • 2+ years prior experience in a similar role
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive nature
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
  • Strong PC Skills/Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint;
    Knowledge of UKG a plus;
    Experience with  a plus

The salary range for this position is $60,000-$75,000, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. Please note that the actual salary offered within that range will depend on the candidate’s experience level.

Work Arrangement

All applicants applying to Gen II Fund Services, LLC must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Please note that all US employees are required to work a hybrid schedule, comprised of three (3) days a week in our office and two (2) days remotely.
