Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About This Role We’re looking for an experienced and driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team at Data Snipper, based in our New York office. This is a dual-scope role: you’ll be our primary tech recruiter for the US, while also owning all hiring across the Americas region - spanning Engineering, Product, and Go-To-Market (GTM) functions including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

You’ll be the TA anchor for Data Snipper’s Americas footprint, working closely with both local and global hiring managers and People team partners to scale our business across the region. We’re looking for someone who thrives in high-volume, high-talent-density environments and brings structure, urgency, and strong judgement to complex, multi-functional hiring challenges. You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle across both technical and GTM roles: building targeted pipelines, screening candidates, facilitating smooth processes, and managing offer negotiations.

You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and commercial hiring managers across the Americas and in Amsterdam, building strong working relationships to ensure you deeply understand their needs. You’ll bring focus and pace to a fast-moving environment, and you’ll know how to use AI tools to work efficiently and  you have a solid understanding of both engineering and GTM talent, a strong network across the Americas, and thrive in an environment where priorities evolve quickly and multiple hiring streams move in parallel - we’d love to talk!
