As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and hiring experienced recruitment professionals. You’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to build high-impact teams that drive business success.

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for experienced recruiter roles across multiple specialisms
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide strategic sourcing solutions
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality recruitment talent
• Conduct interviews, manage candidate experience, and guide offers through to acceptance
• Represent the company brand with professionalism and energy in a competitive talent market

• Proven experience hiring experienced recruiters, ideally in a recruitment or staffing business
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on, delivery-focused approach
• Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and industry trends
