The HR Manager is responsible for leading people strategy to support HIPPEAS’ continued growth, fostering a positive work culture, and supporting day-to-day employee needs and HR processes.

• Employee Experience & Development: Coach managers, enhance training, and lead engagement initiatives that foster inclusion, growth, and retention
• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Streamline hiring and deliver an onboarding experience that reflects our brand and sets employees up for success
• HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain accurate records, benefits, and policies while ensuring compliance, improving processes, and serving as a trusted People & Culture resource

• Competitive compensation, including salary of $80,000-$100,000 (dependent on experience)

• 2+ years’ experience in a progressive human resources environment, preferably in CPG, retail and/or food, leading both exempt and non-exempt employee populations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Preferred: HR Certification such as the SHRM-CP or PHR.
