Director of Recruitment for our Healthcare Staffing Agency
Compensation: $78,000 - $100,000 Annual Salary

Are you passionate about building and leading a team that makes a difference? We are looking for a Director of Recruitment in Brooklyn, NY for our health staffing agency. The role is full‑time, on‑site, with a positive attitude and dedication to operational excellence.
Position DescriptionThe Director will own the recruiting department, lead a tenured team, manage job boards and candidate databases, and drive placement volume across our client network.
Qualifications- 5+ years of recruiting or staffing experience, with at least 2 years leading a team
- Proven experience managing job boards, applicant tracking systems, and candidate databases
- Healthcare or high‑volume agency staffing background strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop tenured team members
- Comfort with full hiring authority, including performance management decisions
- Lead, coach, and develop the recruiting team on a day‑to‑day basis
- Own job board strategy, database management, and candidate pipeline health
- Set and track placement targets, holding the team accountable to them
- Make hiring and performance decisions for the department
- Serve as the primary point of ownership for recruiting operations, reporting directly to the owner
