As a Senior/ Managing 360 recruiter on our Tech & Change division, you’ll Join a high-performing and established desk, operating in a fully mapped market with strong existing relationships, proven billing success, and clear progression opportunities. What You’ll Be Doing

• Running a full 360 desk within Change & Technology
• Leading senior-level client conversations with confidence and authority
• Headhunting high-calibre talent with strong qualification discipline
• Collaborating across teams to cross-sell and scale client partnerships
• Creating opportunities for yourself and the wider business

Who We’re Looking For

• A confident, commercially sharp 360 recruiter (either contract or perm)
• Minimum 2-3 years recruitment experience
• Comfortable leading meetings with senior clients
• Collaborative - you share leads, candidates, and intelligence
• Entrepreneurial within a framework
• $250k-$350k consistent annual billings
• Able to work in a hybrid capacity from our New York office (relocation support available for eligible UK citizens).
