Axle is hiring its first People Operations lead to build recruiting and people programs from the ground up. You’ll own the hiring strategy across Engineering, Product, Sales, Partnerships, and Deployment while shaping onboarding, culture, and compensation frameworks.
You’ll partner with leadership to implement scalable HR processes, manage external recruiting partners, and drive equity planning, performance cycles, and internal tooling.
