We are partnering with a luxury brand seeking an HR Generalist. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented who understands the importance of discretion, integrity, and team work while ensuring the success of colleagues and employees.
Responsibilities- Participate in the interview process
- Assist with new hire onboarding, including conducting background checks, paperwork, orientations and welcome activities
- Assist with employee relations matters, conduct investigations
- Review timecards/time & attendance in ADP
- Respond to unemployment claims
- Coordinate leaves, disability requests, and communications
- Assist with benefits
- Assist with performance review process
- Handle employee terminations
- Experience out of luxury retail brands
Compensation; $75,
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
