Human Resource Manager

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations for a corporate headquarters and provide HR support for an associated warehouse workforce. This role focuses heavily on employee relations, labor compliance, HR operations, and employment-based immigration matters.

The ideal candidate will be a trusted HR partner who can confidently handle complex employee relations issues, manage immigration cases, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain efficient HR processes across both corporate and operational environments.

• Employee Relations:
  Handle complex employee relations matters, conduct objective workplace investigations, resolve conflicts, and support a positive, fair, and compliant workplace culture.
• Core HR Operations:
  Manage key HR lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding, performance management, benefits administration, employee records, and HR audits.
• Immigration & Visa Processing:
  Manage H-1B visas and other employment-based visa processes from initiation through renewal. Coordinate with external immigration counsel, monitor compliance deadlines, and assist foreign national employees throughout the process.
• Regulatory Compliance:
  Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws. Maintain accurate employee records and update HR policies and procedures as regulations change.
• Warehouse HR Support:
  Provide HR and employee relations support to warehouse employees while ensuring consistent application of company policies and procedures.
• HR Partnership:
  Collaborate with leadership and employees to address workplace concerns, improve HR processes, and support organizational needs.

• Extensive experience handling complex employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations.
• Hands-on experience managing H-1B visas and employment-based immigration processes.
• Spanish fluency, both verbal and written, is strongly preferred.
• 4+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong experience in HR operations, employee relations, and compliance.
• Experience supporting both corporate and operational/warehouse environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
