Senior HR Generalist
Salary: $80,000 – $95,000
Location:
Fully onsite in Midtown Manhattan

- Partner directly with leadership and serve as a trusted HR advisor across the business.
- Gain broad exposure across employee relations, talent acquisition, payroll, training, compliance, and benefits.
- Play a key role in shaping and enhancing company culture within a dynamic environment.
- Influence HR strategy through reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision making.
- Work with modern HR technology and systems while helping improve the employee experience.

- Join a collaborative team where HR is viewed as a strategic business partner.
- Manage employee relations matters and advise managers on HR best practices.
- Support full-cycle recruiting and hiring initiatives.
- Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation programs.
- Assist with bi-weekly payroll processing and HR administration.
- Support training, development, compensation, and benefits programs.
- Ensure HR compliance, maintain employee records, and analyze HR metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- 4+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Experience with UKG/Ulti Pro or other HRIS platforms preferred.
- Experience supporting payroll, employee relations, recruiting, and compliance initiatives.
Ability to work onsite five days per week in New York City
