Position: Interim Reward Analyst (5-month contract)
Location: New York

We are seeking an experienced Interim Compensation Analyst to provide critical support to our Reward team during a planned parental leave absence. This contract role will play an important part in maintaining compensation operations, supporting compensation cycles, delivering analytical insights and ensuring continuity across reward programmes.

The successful candidate will ideally join in mid-September to allow for a comprehensive handover before the incumbent analyst begins leave in October.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly analytical compensation professional who enjoys working independently, solving complex reward-related challenges and partnering with stakeholders across an international organisation.

Key Responsibilities Compensation Analytics & Modelling
  • Deliver compensation analysis and modelling to support business and reward decisions.
  • Build and maintain compensation models for budgeting, workforce planning and compensation reviews.
  • Conduct scenario analysis to assess the impact of compensation and reward proposals.
  • Analyse large datasets to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
Compensation Operations
  • Support the administration of compensation cycles, including planning, validation and reporting activities.
  • Maintain compensation data accuracy and ensure adherence to established processes.
  • Produce regular reporting and insights for People and business stakeholders.
  • Provide day-to-day support across the compensation function.
Benefits Support

While the role is primarily compensation-focused, the successful candidate will provide limited benefits administration support, including:

  • Liaising with US benefits brokers and supporting annual open enrolment activities.
  • Assisting with upcoming Ireland benefits renewals.
  • Supporting UK benefits renewal activities in early 2027.
  • Providing ad hoc support for benefits administration in Hong Kong, where activity levels are expected to be minimal.
Systems & Data Management
  • Work with compensation and HR systems to maintain accurate data and reporting.
  • Support data audits, reconciliations and quality assurance activities.
  • Partner with People Operations and Finance teams to resolve compensation-related queries.
Experience & Qualifications Required
  • Approximately 4-6 years of experience in compensation, rewards, total rewards or a related analytical HR discipline.
  • Strong understanding of compensation processes, methodologies and market practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and high levels of data accuracy.
Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
, including:

  • Complex financial and compensation modelling
  • Scenario analysis
  • Pivot tables
  • VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs and advanced formulae
  • Large-scale data manipulation and analysis
  • Data validation and reporting
Preferred
  • Experience working with RAD or similar compensation benchmarking and market pricing tools.
  • Previous experience supporting compensation review cycles in global organisations.
  • Exposure to benefits administration and vendor management.
  • Experience working with international employee populations.
Systems Experience

Experience with the following systems is advantageous:

  • HRIS: ADP

During the assignment, the successful candidate will:

  • Ensure seamless continuity of compensation operations during the parental leave period.
  • Deliver accurate and timely compensation modelling, reporting and analysis.
  • Successfully support compensation cycle activities and stakeholder requests.
  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy and process governance.
  • Provide effective support for key benefits renewal and enrolment activities across multiple regions.
