Dartmouth is a multi-award-winning recruitment company with a unique 'Classroom to Boardroom' business model. From fast-growing start-ups to PE-backed businesses, and FTSE 250, we partner with ambitious businesses to help them identify exceptional talent from school-leavers, all the way up to the C-suite.

Long-term thinking is hard-wired into our DNA. We support our candidates through their whole career journey and assist our clients in finding their most valuable asset - people. Our key differentiators?
Kindness and excellence.

Who are we?

Dartmouth Partners is an award winning recruitment agency recognized by international publications as an ambitious, fast growing, and entrepreneurial business. After 10 years in Europe establishing ourselves as the leading partner to firms looking to hire talent we’re now focused on growing our business in the United States.

Our priority when hiring will always be to maintain our culture of excellence and kindness. These two pillars have formed the backbone of our great client relationships, the standards to which we hold ourselves internally, and the long term success of the business.

What will I be doing?

Your role in this team would change throughout your career here. You’d start off by supporting live searches – talking to candidates, screening them, and supporting them as they enter interview processes with our clients. As you progress at Dartmouth you’d be given more autonomy to manage your own client relationships, to strategize with them on their goals, and ultimately to generate your own network of clients and candidates.

Your role will focus on networking and connecting with candidates, understanding their key drivers and motivations, and learning the recruitment lifecycle in our market‑reliable training camp, the Associate Academy. You are key to the success of Dartmouth and we will invest in your development to help you maximise your opportunity to progress to becoming a 360 Consultant and beyond.

The kind of person who succeeds in this role is someone who enjoys talking to people, likes project‑based work, and has the ambition to build (and be a key part of) a highly successful team.

What you'll bring

You might be a graduate, or someone looking to kick‑start your career in recruitment. Or you have begun your career in recruitment, sales, events etc, and are looking for a new challenge. You'll also have:

  • A confident 'can-do' attitude
  • Strong work ethic
  • Intellectual curiosity
  • Bright, engaging, charismatic personality
  • Attention to detail and research skills
