As an HR Partner
, you will drive business outcomes by partnering closely with employees and managers to support the full employee lifecycle. You will build strong relationships across your designated client group, provide day-to-day HR guidance, and help create a positive employee experience. This role supports key HR initiatives across talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, onboarding, performance management, and organizational development while serving as a trusted resource to employees and leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR-related topics, supporting employee relations matters, and conducting exit interviews.
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure seamless onboarding, conduct new hire check-ins, and support employee assimilation.
  • Support talent acquisition by obtaining approvals for open positions, partnering with recruiters, and ensuring new hire setup and onboarding.
  • Facilitate compensation processes, including merit increases, promotions, and incentive planning, and serve as the first point of contact for reward programs.
  • Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to communicate learning offerings, recommend training opportunities, and support performance and development processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Must be a commutable distance to NYC
  • 2–3+ years of relevant HR experience, ideally supporting employees and managers across multiple areas of the employee lifecycle.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems, and other HR tools.
  • Experience supporting a variety of HR functions, including employee relations, policy interpretation, compensation planning, talent programs, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to provide guidance and support to employees and managers.
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and flexible with the ability to navigate ambiguity, solve problems, and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong empathy and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and provide thoughtful, inclusive guidance.
  • Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality HR support and fostering positive employee experiences.
