- Use technology and creative solutions to support growth and performance
- Ensure a high standard of professionalism and client satisfaction
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience
- Proven leadership or team management experience
- Experience in healthcare staffing, healthcare recruitment, or HR services preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work full-time from our Brooklyn office
