Location: New York
Fireblocks is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle GTM recruiting for our NYC-based team. You will act as a trusted advisor to Sales and Marketing leaders, mapping the market and driving offers that win in competitive spaces.
You’ll build a strong GTM talent bench, optimize sourcing channels, and partner with People Ops to keep hiring efficient and compliant. This role is based in NYC with in-office expectations.
