Location: New York
Permit Flow seeks a recruiter to own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for business and corporate roles. You will lead sourcing strategies, build pipelines, and partner with leadership to meet hiring goals.
You will screen candidates, guide managers, and track metrics to continuously improve processes. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced environments, with strong sourcing and proficiency in Ashby ATS.
