Navigate Search is expanding its footprint across critical industrial sectors and is seeking a specialized recruiter focused on Manufacturing, Engineering and Supply Chain talent markets

You’ll inherit a warm desk with active requisitions spanning areas like operations, procurement, continuous improvement, process engineering, and plant leadership
, supporting clients across the U.S.

This role is ideal for a recruiter who understands the nuances of industrial hiring cycles, technical talent pipelines, and production-driven environments
, and wants the autonomy to scale a high-performing desk.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting (180 or 360) within manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain verticals
• Partner with clients across sectors such as industrial manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, consumer goods, and logistics networks
• Source and place talent in roles including:
• Supply Chain (planning, procurement, logistics, S&OP)
• Manufacturing (plant management, operations, Lean/Six Sigma leadership)
• Build pipelines of hard-to-find technical and operational talent in competitive markets
• Own and optimize your recruiting strategy using market mapping, talent intelligence, and relationship-driven outreach
• Contribute to market expansion strategies in high-growth industrial segments

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience within Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Industrial sectors
• Strong understanding of technical roles, production environments, or operational workflows
• Ability to engage passive candidates with specialized skill sets
• Self-directed with a performance-driven mindset and commercial awareness
• Comfortable managing client relationships in project-based or high-volume hiring environments
