Sr. Technical Recruiter
Location:
Remote | Night Shift
Experience: 2-4 Years
- Understand job requirements and match resumes accordingly.
- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment.
- Work on W2 / C2C / 1099 requirements.
- Source candidates via Internal Databases, Dice, Linked In, job portals.
- Screen, shortlist, and submit qualified candidates.
- Coordinate with BDMs/ Account Managers for roles.
- Negotiate rates and availability with candidates.
- Maintain pipeline and daily submissions.
- Strong experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- Interest in IT technologies and US hiring process.
- Bachelor's/Masters degree in IT discipline (Preferred:
B. Tech IT, BCA, MCA,
B. Tech CSE, BSC IT,
B. Com, MBA, or any relevant field)
